Our product team worked as a vertically integrated unit within OLX.ua, Ukraine’s #1 classified marketplace, and had joint ownership of the Pay&Ship product area related to a transactional buying experience on the platform. Among the key goals set for the team were increasing the OLX mobile app adoption rate, increasing the overall number of transactions, and reducing the number of customer support requests.

- Pay&Ship became the #1 most-used purchasing method on the platform
- 6.6x increase in the number of transactions since Rebbix joined the project
- 85% decrease in customer support requests per 1K transactions over a 2-year period
