Solution
The priority was to increase sales on the site. Based on historical data from Google Analytics and Ads accounts, we have developed a strategy that aims to make the most of our budget. To fulfill this, we segmented products and identified categories of products that have a high average check and stable demand. We focused our main advertising activities on priority product groups and remarketing. Part of the budget was used for experiments with new audiences and new ways of communicating with them. Before we started advertising, we improved our analytics to have more accurate data and to optimize our advertising based on it. As a result of this work, we have achieved our goals.
