The solution tracks the occupancy of each meeting room through the uplink payloads sent by sensors. All this information is collected in custom dashboards providing usage statistics that show meeting room efficiency with the "false booking" rate, room capacity efficiency, time of usage efficiency, room utilization, most popular hours, room popularity, bookings by an employee, etc. Synchronization with Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendars allows users to easily book available rooms.
